By-laws update.

New web site; last month it was voted to have a separate web site - a volunteer is needed to host the new site, in the interim news can be found on existing web page.

What is our purpose of the ENA? Is ENA a purely political organization to fight issues, or a neighborhood association to encompass political and social issues that directly or indirectly affect the quality of life in our neighborhood?

Volunteers needed to represent ENA at the Association of Bellingham Neighborhoods.

Discussion on items to be on agenda for up coming meetings, i.e. procedures, comment period on web site prior to submittal process.
