As part of the Microsoft Donation Program, Microsoft is pleased to contribute software to Edgemoor Neighborhood Association.   Please see below for a detailed listing of SKUs and the total estimated fair market value of this in-kind contribution in USD.

The WWF (worldwide fulfillment) Media has been ordered and will ship within a week of the date of this letter.  The WWF Media consists of a CD in a jewel case or sleeve.  The licenses can be found on the Microsoft eOpen licensing web site/tool located at - <a href="https://eopen.microsoft.com">https://eopen.microsoft.com</a>.  eOpen will track all licensing information for this donation.  You will be receiving an email confirmation from MSDP@techsoup.org providing details about how to retrieve the licenses for your donated software.  If you do not receive this email with in the next 3-5 business days, please contact TechSoup at 800-659-3579 x700.  To access your licenses log on to the web site, download the license information, and then proceed with installing the software when you receive the WWF Media.

We are pleased to announce that Microsoft's software donation will include Software Assurance (<a href="http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/programs/sa/"> http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/programs/sa/</a>) when available.  Software Assurance provides you with access to the newest version of Microsoft software for your donated products for two years from the date of donation.  If a product you receive through this donation is upgraded within the next two years and is on the list of products covered by Software Assurance, the donated licenses will automatically convert to the newest version of the software.  To receive an updated version of media, you will need to contact Worldwide Fulfillment at 1-800-248-0655 and request the media for the new version.  You will only need one set of media to go with any number of licenses for a single product.  There is a cost of $27.00 for the new media, and it will ship via 2nd day.
