In order to
bring the bylaws of the Edgemoorl
Neighborhood Association into compliance with standards required by the City of

Article
3 – Membership, Dues, and Voting Rights
3.1
Membership - Any person who is at least 18 years old, and
either a property owner, business operator, or a legal resident living
within the boundaries of the Edgemoor Neighborhood, and has paid their annual
dues will be deemed a member of the Association.

7 – Board and Membership Meetings
7.1
Meeting Schedule: The Board shall meet monthly at a time
and place designated by the President.
All Board meetings are open to the membership. Every third month will be an ENA
membership meeting but issues and
interest should dictate the actual number held. General membership meetings,
shall be held at least quarterly. General membership meetings are
open to the public. Notice in advance of
general membership meetings shall be provided to neighborhood stakeholders
through published newspaper notice and at least one of the following: general mailings, electronic media, delivered
handbills or flyers, other media notices and/or notices and signs posted
prominently throughout the neighborhood. These meetings should be
advertised in advance as widely as possible. Each fall the membership meeting shall be
an Annual Meeting.
